We provide retirement lifestyle support sessions, workshops, and personalized consultations. All services require booking and full payment before the session date. You may reschedule a session free of charge up to 48 hours in advance by notifying us. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, no refund will be given due to resource allocation and staff scheduling commitments.

2. Information Products

Our digital guides, courses, and planning materials are delivered instantly after purchase. Because access is granted immediately and materials can be downloaded or streamed at any time, we do not issue refunds for digital materials to maintain content integrity and quality control.

3. Goods

We offer physical products such as books and planning kits. If the product is unused and in its original packaging, you may send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the paid amount. To initiate a send-back process, please visit our contact page. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will credit the paid amount to the original payment source within seven business days. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending back items.
